1. How long does shipping take?
All items are sold on a pre-order basis. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to arrive at our warehouse. Once we receive it, we ship it out the same day and provide you with tracking. We appreciate your patience — it’s worth the wait!


2. Do you provide tracking?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.


3. Are your products authentic designer brands?
No. BoujeeHive is not affiliated with or reselling name-brand designer labels. We offer luxury-inspired pieces that give you the look and feel of high-end fashion — without the high-end price tag.


4.  What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at boujeehive@myyahoo.com — we’ll review your request and help where we can.


5.  Can I cancel my order?
Because we start processing orders right away, cancellations are not accepted once your order is placed. Please double-check your details before you check out.


6.  Do you offer express shipping?
No — since our products are pre-order, we don’t offer express shipping at this time. We move fast once your order hits our warehouse!
